Acceptance of terms
By using TheTokenLauncher you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to anyone who visits, browses, or uses the platform at thetokenlauncher.com.
What the service does
TheTokenLauncher is a non-custodial software interface that helps users deploy their own tokens to public blockchain networks (currently Solana, Ethereum, and BNB Smart Chain). When you create a token, you sign a payment transaction in your own wallet and our infrastructure submits the deployment transaction on your behalf. We do not hold, custody, or control any user funds, private keys, or seed phrases at any point.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TheTokenLauncher complies with all laws applicable to you, including tax, securities, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering laws. The service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where deploying or operating crypto-assets is illegal.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: the token name, symbol, supply, decimals, logo, description, social links, and metadata you supply; verifying every transaction your wallet asks you to sign; the legal status of the token you create; complying with the rules of any exchange, DEX, or marketplace you list the token on; the security of your wallet, devices, and recovery phrases. We do not review user-supplied content for legal compliance and do not act as a financial intermediary.
Fees
TheTokenLauncher charges a one-time platform fee per token, paid in the native currency of the selected blockchain. Optional add-ons are billed at the published prices and shown on the creator page before you sign. Network gas is paid separately by you to the underlying blockchain. Platform fees are non-refundable once your deployment transaction is broadcast and confirmed on-chain, because the action is irreversible.
Non-custodial nature
The service is non-custodial. We never request your seed phrase or private key. We never have control of your wallet beyond the single payment transaction you explicitly approve. We cannot reverse, refund, modify, or recover transactions you sign. If you sign a malicious or incorrect transaction in any wallet, neither we nor any blockchain operator can undo it.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use TheTokenLauncher to: create tokens that infringe trademarks or copyrights; impersonate other projects or individuals; facilitate fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any criminal activity; create securities or regulated financial instruments without lawful authorisation; create tokens whose name, symbol, or metadata contains content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violently graphic; abuse the service through automated scraping, rate-limit evasion, or denial-of-service activity.
Token irreversibility
Token deployments and authority-revocation actions are public blockchain operations and are irreversible. Once a deployment confirms, the token, its metadata location, and any revoked authorities cannot be changed by us. Review every input carefully before you sign.
No investment advice
Nothing on TheTokenLauncher is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency is volatile and risky. You may lose money. Always do your own research and consult a qualified advisor before making decisions.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that blockchain networks we rely on will perform as expected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheTokenLauncher, its operators, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 90 days before the event giving rise to liability.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TheTokenLauncher from and against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, the tokens you deploy, or your breach of these terms.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the United Kingdom, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
